預裝軟體流量偷跑 蘋果三星上榜

手機製造商和運營商預裝不必要的軟體，浪費流量，經常遭消費者詬病。上海消保委日前抽測10款手機發現，在待機情況下，其中9款有「偷跑」流量問題，最嚴重的是蘋果手機，5天達80MB流量。軟體部分，OPPO一款手機竟預裝71個軟體。
央視「每周質量報告」報導，檢測人員在對10款手機開機註冊入網並進行120小時的待機試驗後，發現即使是在待機狀態下，「偷跑」流量的情況也非常明顯，竟然有多達9款手機在開機註冊入網及待機過程中「偷跑」了流量。在這10款手機中，「偷跑」流量最多的是蘋果手機，120小時內共「偷跑」80MB流量。按照中國移動每110MB流量套餐收費15元人民幣（下同）的價格計算，消費者每5天被偷掉的流量就價值10.9元，消費者要為每個月「偷跑」的流量額外支付60多元。
上海市消保委在對流量消費進行監測的同時，還對手機預裝軟體數量進行了對比試驗。目前，市場上銷售的智慧型手機，預裝軟體主要有兩類，一類是保證手機基本功能的系統必須應用程式，如電話、簡訊、相機和相簿等；另一類是商業軟體，如QQ、天氣、地圖、淘寶等客戶端。
實驗結果發現，上海市消保委送檢的20款手機中，除一款無法開機外，其餘19款手機都預裝了不少軟體，其中最少的27個、最多達71個。
另外，檢測人員還模擬普通消費者的操作方式卸載（解除安裝）手機中預裝的軟體。其中，蘋果、三星和金立等3款手機，根本無法卸載任何預裝軟體。
